"Vallery was very proactive in selling my rental property. It was an old, small house and it was quite a challenge finding the right buyer but she did it. At times I was discouraged but she was very persistent and had new ideas to market it. I'm glad I didn't give up. Thanks to Vallery the house was finally sold to the right buyer.

"Fantastic experience with the Think Frink Home Team! I worked primarily with Jordyn Woolcott and Vallery Frink. They did a fabulous job of showing me homes within my criteria and at convenient times around my work schedule. The negotiation process was smooth and as a first time homebuyer, I felt that everything was explained thoroughly along the way. "Vallery and Paul go beyond just being real estate agents. They helped with our closing process where others wouldn't, assisting with the final cleaning with the home we sold. Paul is always so helpful and understanding. Don't just hire a real estate agent, hire a couple of respectable and honest professionals.

"Our experience with Vallery & Paul has only been positive and professional. They are extremely knowledgeable. I could ask any question and they knew they answer. They helped us sell our house during the down market. Received an offer within 30 days. Then we had to find a house to move into. Paul showed us numerous houses until we found just the right house. We were able to close on the house and move into our new house all in the same week. Perfect timing and we credit them for helping us make this happen. They know what they are doing!
